No Refunds for Incorrect Sizing or Preference Changes
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of preference. Please refer to the size charts provided on each product listing before placing your order.
Replacements for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, we will replace it at no cost to you. To qualify for a replacement:

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. After this timeframe, orders are processed for production and cannot be canceled.
Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
