  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    We strive to begin production on all orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Order cancellations may be possible depending on when your purchase was made, as long as production hasn’t started. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to check if changes or cancellations are an option. Be sure to include any modifications you’d like to make or the reason for cancellation so we can assist you effectively.
  • Can I return my purchase?
    Kindly note that we cannot offer exchanges or returns for incorrect sizing or change of preference. Each item includes a detailed sizing chart with exact measurements, and it is your responsibility to select the correct size. If you have any questions about sizing, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing so we can assist you in choosing the best fit.
  • My order arrived damaged/incorrect. What do I do?
    We want you to love your order, and we’re here to help if there’s an issue! If you receive an item that is incorrect in size, has a printing defect, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. 📸 To process a replacement, we require: ✔️ Clear photos showing the issue (e.g., misprint, damage, incorrect item). ✔️ For size issues, photos of the item laid flat with a measuring tape or ruler showing the dimensions. 🔔 Important: All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to ensure a smooth resolution process. Once we have the necessary photos, we’ll submit the request for a reprint and get a corrected item sent your way.
  • My order never arrived.
    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Once an order has shipped, Verse & Vibe Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for package theft or lost shipments. However, we are happy to work with you from the start to ensure you have the best experience possible. INCORRECT ADDRESS: Orders with incorrect shipping addresses or misspelled names due to customer error cannot be refunded once shipped. If a replacement is needed, it can be repurchased at full price. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order ships.
  • I only received one item but I ordered multiple?
    Since we work with multiple print providers, your items may ship from different locations. You will automatically receive tracking information via email for each item as it ships. If you don’t see tracking for all your items, please reach out to us, and we’ll provide the additional tracking details.
